Lindsey is an Ayurvedic Pancha Karma Technician and a Marma Point Therapist. After completing her MBA in Boston, she moved from the city into the countryside of Maine. In search of her dharma (purpose), she fell in love with Ayurveda, its unique approach of finding the root cause of disease, and its natural healing modalities to restore wellbeing. These teachings provided her with a deeper understanding of the body, mind and soul. Her additional specialities include reflexology, yoga, meditation, reiki, sound healing, and tapping.
